Entering Competitions/Giveaways
Competitions/giveaways held on this blog will require users participating to provide names and email addresses to enter. Details of individual competitions/giveaways will be included on the relevant blog posts as well as be included in the rules of that competition/giveaway. By entering you consenting to be contacted via the email you have used to enter. If entering via a third party such as Facebook this email address will be the one you registered with that third party.
Winners may be required to provide mailing addresses (where the prize is a physical item as opposed to a digital item) which may be shared with third parties if that prize is to be sent by the third party and not by us (i.e. an author will be sending the book rather than us sending it). In these cases it will be made clear in the competition rules that a third party will have access to such information. Winners names/user IDs may also be used in subsequent blog posts to identify the winner of the competition/giveaway. All information provided to us via any competition/giveaway will be kept until a valid winner is identified and contacted then all information of all entrants will be deleted.
Tour Talk Media is not responsible for the storing and subsequent deleting of any information passed onto third parties during competitions/giveaways. Tour Talk Media is also not responsible for any information sent to and stored on the third party holding site.
